What PerkSwipe is

PerkSwipe is a free tool for tracking credit card perks, statement credits, and annual fees. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Informational only — not advice

Card details in the catalog (fees, credits, earning rates, point valuations) are compiled from public sources and provided for information only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and card terms change frequently. Always verify with your card issuer before making decisions.

Nothing in PerkSwipe is financial, legal, or tax advice, and PerkSwipe is not a substitute for a licensed advisor.

No affiliation

PerkSwipe is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any credit card issuer, bank, or payment network. All card names, marks, and logos referenced belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the tracking data you enter. You must be at least 18 to use the service. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

As-is, no warranty

PerkSwipe is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data (including card information) is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerkSwipe and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed credits, expired perks, fees paid, or decisions made based on information in the app.

Termination

You can stop using PerkSwipe and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use PerkSwipe after changes means you accept the updated terms.
